Mylor Bridge

A tired, damp and near derelict bungalow occupied this prime site in Mylor Bridge when Pat and Mike Willmore bought it. Ecohouse worked with the couple as a full design and build contractor to make the most of the stunning waterfront position with their new contemporary sustainable home. Our clients moved in just in time to enjoy Christmas 2010. That winter turned out to be one of the coldest Cornwall had seen for many years. The new home owners were delighted to discover, therefore, that thanks tothe high quality of construction and the high levels of insulation Ecohouse had designed into their home, that they did not require any heating other than lighting their woodburner occasionally, and then mostly just for ambience, they said. What a beautiful home! We are very proud of this one!
