Portloe Studio
Having project managed the build of their stunning, seaside contemporary home, we were delighted to be given the contract for post planning design and build for a detached studio and carport at the property - the planning design having been carried out by award winning Derbyshire based architects Evans Vettori. The work on site began in January 2011.
February 2011 Raft foundation completed, timber frame prepared in St Agnes workshop.
March 2011 Timber frame erection completed.
April 2011 Windows installed, roof completed, first fix, internal plastering
May 2011 External cladding completed, floor tiling begun
June 2011 Sedum roof laid. Internal fit out and finish completed
