Gwithian Towans

Our team will find the breaking waves and huge expanses of golden sands just a few metres away, not to mention the glorious sea views, a serious distraction on this project. The site of a simple but tired seaside shack, it is set to become a striking seaside family home for our clients. Set on one level, the modest but luxurious beachside pad will have floor to ceiling windows seamlessly opening onto a decking to take in its incredible location.

March 2011    Demolition of existing bungalow, site prepared, foundations.

April 2011   Foundations completed.

July 2011   Roof completed with reclaimed Delabole slate. Windows installed. Plasterboarding and plastering completed.
