Chapel Porth
Set high above the beautiful National Trust beach of Chapel Porth this mid century bungalow requires some significant updating. Amongst the work Ecohouse will be carrying out will be replacing the existing windows with super performing triple glazed windows and externally insulating the building. The home will then be re-finished to provide it with a new contemporary look for the 21st century.
August 2011 Mechanical ventilation system installed, internal insulation almost complete. Fascia and soffit boards replaced, Lindab guttering also being installed. Footings for decking have been dug and ready for pour.
