St Columb Major

Set along a private road on the edge of this Cornish market town, this plot was familiar to this family. It has formed part of their garden for the past fifteen years. Having bought the house next door, they wisely snapped up the plot too to use as extra garden as their two boys were growing up. Working with the steeply sloping northeast facing site, and around various trees already in situ, we have designed a fabulous family home set over three levels. The living space is on the upper floor, where the light will be greatest, bedrooms on the middle floor, and garages, utility and plant on the ground floor.
