Full turnkey service
What could be easier than dealing with one company through the build of your new Ecohouse? We offer a full service from architectural design to completion. Costs and completion dates are forecast early so you know exactly how much your finished Ecohouse will cost and when you will be able to move in. Payments are made in instalments at agreed points during the design and build process. Any internal fixings costs such as kitchens, bathrooms, wood burners, flooring, wall finishes, etc, will be set out as provisional sums. You will have total control of your spending on these items. All other costs will be fixed.

| Second fix payment | 15% of construction costs |
| Completion payment | 17.5% of construction costs |
| End of retention payment | 2.5% of construction costs |
